This is the second year for our unique Public Art Event at Christmas In Ida. We are bringing this opportunity to local artists and the public at one of the most prestigious Christmas events held in Michigan. This Festival is well attended with wonderful opportunities for families to enjoy Christmas activities, music, food, parades, vendors, carriage rides, choirs, ice sculpting and Santa! We couldn't do it without the help from our Sponsors.
If you have waited to become involved, now is the time. Any donation will help us offset the cost of purchasing our giant ornaments. There is also an opportunity for you as a sponsor to display the ornament from the artist of your choice for the rest of the season in your place of business!!
This year we are selecting professional artists to design and paint Christmas in Ida-Themed Canvas paintings and have them ready for Saturday night's parade. All our artists will present their completed Artworks within the footprint of the Christmas in Ida Festival and will be interacting with the public.
The Public will vote for their favorite Artist Committee and the winner will be announced on Saturday.
